Compatible SP14N003 is one of the most popular LCD Module which is mainly used in industrial and medical applications. It is a 5.1 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Kaohsiung Hitachi Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Hitachi), with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It™s resolution 240—128  50PPI and contrast ratio 7:1 (Typ.) (TM)). It features an operating temperature range of 0 50C , a storage temperature range of -20 60C , and the maximal vibration level of 2.0G (19.6 m/s²).
