It is a 6.4 inch diagonal STN-LCD, LCM display panel product from Kaohsiung Hitachi Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Hitachi). It™s resolution 320—240, QVGA. This model is  discontinued now. Our engineers has entered all the specification details about this LCD screen according to the datasheet. Although errors may occur during this process.
