It is a 5.1 inch diagonal FSTN-LCD, LCM display panel product from Kaohsiung Hitachi Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Hitachi), with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, touchscreen 4-wire Resistive Touch. Itïs resolution 240ï12850PPI and contrast ratio 20:1 (Typ.) (TM). It features an operating temperature range of -10 60C , a storage temperature range of -20 70C , and the maximal vibration level of 1.2G (11.76 m/sï)..
