It is a 3.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Kaohsiung Hitachi Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Hitachi), With LED Driver , touchscreen 4-wire Resistive Touch. It™s resolution 240(RGB)—320, QVGA  113PPI and contrast ratio 300 : 1 (Typ.) (TM)). It features an operating temperature range of -20 70C , a storage temperature range of -30 80C , and the maximal vibration level of 1.2G (11.76 m/s²).
