It is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux), without backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It™s resolution 800(RGB)—480, WVGA  188PPI and contrast ratio 500:1 (Typ.) (TM). It features an operating temperature range of -20 70C , a storage temperature range of -30 80C .
