The LM7M633 is a 6.5 inch diagonal CSTN-LCD, LCM display panel product from Sharp Corporation,  (hereafter called Sharp),  with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It™s resolution 640(RGB)—240, HVGA  105PPI and contrast ratio 10:1 (Typ.) (TM)  8:1 (Typ.) (RF). It features an operating temperature range of 0 40C , a storage temperature range of -25 60C . Our engineers has entered all the specification details about this LCD screen according to the datasheet.
